Featured Designer: Bell

This week on the blog, we're bringing you some great new pieces from some fantastic designers.  The next few posts are filled with love for Bell.  Bell blouses are the best--classic, signature, and fun.  They pair perfectly with skirts or slacks, and can be either understated or dressed up with jewelry and a belt.  

In this post, we're highlighting this elegant and timeless white blouse from Bell.  Kitty tucked it into some of our killer Houlihan J Brands, and matched it with a lovely Gillian Julius necklace.
